What day/time do you operate?
Our tours operate from Sunday through Friday and are uniquely scheduled based on the daily weather (sea and weather conditions dependent). Due to this, the exact days of our tours varies.
For the most accurate tour times, we highly recommend booking with us directly. As for the duration of our tours, our standard offering runs for approximately 1.5 hours.
If you’re seeking a more personalized experience, private tours are available.
Where is your meeting point?
Avatiu Harbour on the North side of Rarotonga just 5 mins from Town/Market. Our signage will be on the roadside of our harbour access.
Can children go on the tour?
Absolutely, part of the fun and excitement of our tours is experiencing the world through the eyes of our young participants. We warmly welcome families to join us.
Do you provide transportation to and from your tour?
Unfortunately we do not offer this option any longer. You will have to find your way to meet us at the harbour.
What if the weather or ocean conditions are unsuitable on the day of my booking?
If the conditions aren’t great for a safe and fun time, we’re not going to push forward. It’s all about making sure you have a blast out there! We’ll work with you to find the next available slot when the ocean’s behaving better. And hey, if that timing doesn’t jive with your schedule, no worries – you can reschedule whenever works best for you. If you’d rather hold off or get a refund, we’ve got you covered. Your safety and happiness are our top priorities!
